Alpha a 350 Not crisp and sharp.

My Alpha a 350 pictures are not as sharp as they could be when compared with some other makes of cameras. Sony are slow to reply to questions. Can anyone please advise?

If possible, could you reply in this forum thread and attach some images that you are concerned about so I can take a look at them. If you could let me know the lens/lenses that you are using as well then that would be great.
