Most Sony users swear by Memory Stick Pro HG Duo cards for read/write speed and overall performance.

Sandisk Extreme Pro SD cards are probably just as good; it really comes down to personal preference when you get up to this level.

MS is s-l-o-w.

Sandisk Extreme Pro SDHC 95mb is the one to get, mine is lightening fast and clears a full buffer in around 6 seconds.  Accept no substitutes

I also use Sandisk Extreme Pro SDHC 16GB 95mb/s card and I reccomend it.
