DPF-W700 won't connect.

I have just received a DPF-W700 Frame for Christmas.

I have upgreaded to latest firmware and I am running Window 7 (64 bit) version.

My router is a Netgear DGN1000Sp and I am using Plusnet as my ISP.

The Frame recognises my router but I keep getting the following message:

"Failed to connect to the access point.  Please check the password and IP address settings."

I have put in the correct password, I'm not syre which IP address this means.

Can anyone help ?

Hi there, welcome to the Sony Forums

It sounds like a problem with your router, rather than the frame. The IP settings required are usually available either from your modem itself or your ISP. The forum here isn't really set up for live wifi support, but if you call your ISP tech support service they should be able to help.

Go to the WiFi settings on the PhotoFrame and check the IP address. Probably you will need to input a fixed IP address.
