NEX 5RL failing to update

Hello, I'm having trouble updating my newly bought NEX 5RL from firmware 1.00 to 1.01. I'm going through the process but can't get past the 'camera resets' phase, it keeps freezing. Nothing happens when I press OK, I have to take the battery out to restart the camera and use the Task Manager on my PC to shut down the update program. Any help would be appreciated, Cheers, Mark.

Ok, I've been a bit of an idiot, I was trying to use the OK button on the touchscreen rather than the button on the camera itself. Should have followed the instructions on the Sony site not just on the PC :smileyblush: Anyway, all done now, apologies to anyone who might have given it some thought.
