Play memories wont allow editing?

I can move pic to editing area...but only functions above the line work...not below??

What are you trying to edit them on? (Laptop / PC / Phone / Tablet)

Have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling?

Also can you elaborate a bit more when you say "but only funcions above the line work."

Which line?

This is from the Playmemories Help:

Editing Photos

"PlayMemories Home" is loaded with many different functions for editing photos.

1. In Calendar View or Folder View, select the photo that you want to edit.

2. Click [Tools] - [Adjust Pictures], and then select your desired edit function.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

4. When you finish editing, save the photo.

Hi...thanks...the "line"....when I try to edit...there are 3 or 4 options which I can use...there is a horizontal line below which are many more options which are not "Live"  ian

I've just had a look at my PlayMemories and reached this screen for editing photos:

I can see the options below the line, but can't recreate the problem you're having.

I assume the file is compatible / undamaged?

I don't have a quick fix for you apart from perhaps trying the uninstall / reinstall I'm afraid.
