Problem with Sony Nex VG-20 (interference wave on picture)

Hello. I have problem witch camcorder Sony nex VG-20.  I'm complaining, but unsuccessfully :(.

The camera I see waves in the picture when the camera while artificial lighting. I do not know what I do to help? I looked filters to eliminate interference, but I do not know if it helps.Thank you for your advice..
