Well i would like to see if i get a response from Sony on here
Recently purchased a Sony A57 from the refurbished store, when it arrived it had the following issue the wrong battery had been shipped with the camera a W rather than an M model
I called them as soon as i noticed and managed to get through to somebody who really struggled to understand that the wrong battery was shipped, he said he would have to escalate to his manager and a battery would be sent out this was 5 working days ago still no battery
Since then i put my A700 battery in the camera to test it and found that the camera has a fault with the accelerometer and the horizon being of by 30degrees.
I have requested a callback each day and held the line for over 3 hours each day with no response or callback. as i need to report the issue and get the camera repaired.
I am not asking for to much just a callback or to get to support
So this is making me reconsider my support of Sony equipment
Currently have 2x A700, 1 Sony Nex 3 and 1 Sony Nex 5n, 1x A57 1x A55 and 1x A900
Sony 70-200G
Sony T planar 85mm
Sony 135 STF lens.
Sony 70-400G
And many more
I spend in excess of 3k a year on Sony equipment and i expect a little respect to at least have a call back
