Hi all
I've waited the stipulated 30 days and now want to claim for my A7RV plus lenses.
I've completed both pages of the claim and attached the required invoice and image but then get another page saying 'Oops, something went wrong'
I've tried different browsers (safari and Edge), cleared out the cache and still get the same issue. Sony are not being helpful just replying to an email I sent by saying 'Try different browsers' ignoring the fact I told them I had tried different browsers.
Any suggestions guys?

I've downloaded the Google Chrome browser and I've been able to successfully make my claims
