Hi there
I have latest software installed.
When I try to login to Amazon instant video on my KD-49X8309C it tells me that payment method needs updating in Amazon. Checked Amazon and my card details etc confirmed, also Amazon instant working fine on my PS4 and iPad)
I registered my tv via SEN account and is listed and found activation code (under "enable enhanced features" on my KD-49X8309C.
on mysony SEN account I can see my tv listed activated.
Now I want to enable Amazon instant on SEN website and I am told to look for an activation code on my KD-49X8309C and navigate to home -SEN but the code never appears there?
Can you help please?
