When using the Amazon Prime app on my XE9005 TV the picture is quite jerky whilst the audio play fine. It never used to do this and I feel like it is something that is getting worse. I'm seeing this with 1080 and 4K content. Anyone else experiencing this?
Any ideas what can be done to fix this?

You could try performing a reset on your XE9005.
