I have had my KD-65ZD9 for 3 weeks now , it has developed line across the screenI have been on to Sony and they appear not intrested ,my old panasonic hd had a better picture has any body had a similar problem
For nealy £4000 I expected service.

Im assuming all those horizontal lines are not supposed to be there. As the TV is only 3 weeks old, your first port of call is the retailer you purchased it from - they will probably exchange the TV for another one.
