iPlayer has stopped working on my tv. I get error 02050. I have unplugged and rebooted the tv; rebooted the router; deleted the cache and cookies; factory reset the tv.
I cannot delete the app because it is part of Sony Select and that option is not available. I cannot download it from Google Play because I get the 'not compatible with this device' message.
I have checked with BBC iPlayer and it IS compatible.
Any ideas? Am I the only one with this problem?
