registration tv

Hello I registered my tv but after i sign in again it says that i have no product registered:( what might be the problem? thanks

Hi,

The tile on the TV is just for information. It's not connected to the database.

As Peter said, you'd need to register the TV on the My Sony website for it to appear under your registered products.
