Repair my Sony KD55X8509C

I had booked a repair with Sony, supplied receipt of my order confermation, showing my name, address, total amount paid and Vat paid. Customer order number, product code etc. I even sent Sony my Sony service contract service  the confirmation of your
product’s registration under the Sony’s service scheme.

Then Sony turns out and ask for VAT receipt, then I turn back and call curry's PC World, curry's advices me that the receipt I have, which I provided Sony with is the only receipt curry's provides for online purchases. The lady from curry's PC World called Sarah even took her time to call Sony, to explain the above, and she speaks to Mohamed of Sony, who says Sony will investigate. 

Upto now I haven't heard anything from Sony, which is very annoying, and wondering if its worth buying Sony products in the future. This has left me very annoyed and angry with Sony. I am also tempted to share this experience on my social media platforms to see if its only me that is having similar bad experience and treatment from Sony.

I've passed this to my Sony contact over the weekend and I was informed that things are going smoothly now! ^^
