How can I sync my phone's calender with MS Outlook 2013 calender on my PC?

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I suggest that you use PC Companion:

In PC Companion open the application 'Sync Zone'. Sync Zone can sync you Outlook calendar with your Google account. Then sync your phone with your Google account you get the calendar to the phone. 

You setup the Google sync in your phone under settings > account > Google.

It worked, but I had to change the gmail calender to be "sync and visible" from the phone (choose Calenter > Settings > More > My Calenders: change the gmail calender to be sync and visible).
