"recycle bin" existence?

I just wonder, is there trash bin programme (or alike) in this device??

this question appears coz when I want to remove some shortcuts, it should dragged to the trash...
I'm affraid if the device do have the programme, it will collecting "the garbages" and it takes free memory from this phone and we have manually clean it again, just like recycle bin on window works...

should I worry about this?? thanks b4...
