cash back A6000

Hi. I make my claim of cash back for my recent A6000. I upload the invoice and the JPG of the serial number, but when i submit after a will, the page just move to the sony home page will was processing and i dont see any confirmation message.

I try to make again the claim and say that the case was already submit. I dont have any confirmation on my email , spam or bin. How can i confirm that everything was send?! My email was correct cos i log in many times already.

Any one have same problem? is any way to confirm that was really send? any UK number to call?

HI, i just had a confirmation email from the cash back . email send at 1:30am!!! I thing everything is ok now. Maybe this email cames late because i apply on Friday night and then just monday i get confirmation.
