What can I do?
I made a claim in a AX700 I bought from Curry’s 16/05/19.
I sent jpeg of serial number and pdf of the receipt from Curry’s.
you would think the receipt would be proof of ownership but not according to Sony.
Received an email 3 days ag requesting a copy of invoice and giving 10 days to respond.
Contacted Currys same day. Have forwarded copies of invoice 3 times but had no response.
Now 6 days to go and no further forward despite respectful requests they at least acknowledge my emails. Nothing. What to do next?

have the same problems as you . think sony is meesing us about with their scheming scams to booost their profits.
I am fustrated after sending two proof of documents which they reject , seems like its a hard way to claim their so call cash backs .

The biggest problem was to persuade Curry’s to provide an invoice acceptable to Sony. Once I received it and sent it off, Sony paid cash back in less than two weeks. Just a frustrating process.
