Cashback upload files error

Whilst trying to claim cash back I am met with error on the files to upload. Both correct size and renamed. Still unsuccessful . Please help.

When I tryed to Claim cach back I just got a NOT PERMITED message when I clicked submit.

I eventually converted the jpegs to PDF format and that seemed to work, thanks.

Hi SMElph62,

As far as I am aware the website only accepts JPG, PNG and PDFs. Probably the photo was in JPEG that's why it wasn't accepted.
