Help! Forgot to finalize Sony DVD+RW minidisc!
I recorded a full half hour tape of my daughter's wedding and we were so keen to see it on the pc we forgot to finalise it. As a result it seems to not recognise anything on the disk. Does anyone know how I can salvage the recording?!
