Could anyone help me please
I have the above sat nav model
Suddenly it has stopped the voice recognition, do not know why, it just does not do it anymore, this making it hard to know when approaching the right road to turn off at
I have read the manual, I have increased the volume, didnt work, I have also restored the sat nav to its factory settings but to no avail
I really do not want to have to buy another one
Any help greatly appreciated
Also if anyone knows how to upgrade the maps and routes aswell I would be very grateful

The model is old about 3 years but we hardly ever use it, 3 times a year if that
