Hi, we recently purchased this product, but we are not happy with the soundquality when we play music, including blueray live concerts. The sound of the tv (sony bravia) is better. Is it possible to connect an equalizer to the device. Or is there a built in equalizer that we can adjust? We have tried the different 'sound modes' on the remote, but still the pitch is not good.
Any suggestions? Or should we just return it to the store?
