BDV-N9200WL home cinema freeze in youtube app

My brand new home cinema plays one maybe two songs on youtube before freezing on loading... i can return frfom the remote to the main menu but thats all i can do. If i try to open another app i have no succes... doesnt even open it.. stuc on loading. Checked the wireless connection and all good. Only way is to stop/restart system. Any sugestion would be appreciated.

Hi there

Is it only freezing on YouTube?  Does iPlayer for example work ok without it freezing up?  A couple of things to try:

• Ensure that the firmware is upto date
• Try factory resetting the player

If it still does it, can you test using an ethernet cable - just to rule out a wifi issue or conflict?  Although it seems to be not internet related but more related to freezing of the actual player itself....  But worth a test though in my opinion.
