My subwoofer has suddenly gone very low on bass. Tried putting the volume up on my tv on sync menu, just says currently unavailable. Any help

I am still having issues even after all the troubleshooting. I cabt seem to change the sound from main to sub/main. When casting music the sound is fine. Its just when connected through any cable connections i have issues.
