Hi there , looking for some helpful advice please , I just purchased this soundbar with a new Bravia tv . Each time I play any content through the soundbar wether it be direct from the tv via streaming content ie movies etc or connected to my Sony Blu Ray player I can’t get the VERTICAL S button to work nothing happens no matter how many times it’s pressed same goes for all sound mode buttons above it , each time I press it all that displays on the soundbar is the words “NOT IN USE “ for each one selected anyone had this issue ? Have I missed a simple setting out somewhere or turned a setting off I shouldn’t have ? Any help would be much appreciated, many thanks
