The shortcut options for beeb iplayer etc

Why is there no shortcut for the ITV Iplayer, or channel 4 In fact the options available are pretty desolate and uncommon

I suspect this applies to any SOny device which can connect to the internet

How can I either modify my own shortcuts, or nudge the sony portal to get their act together
