Stuck on loading screen. Please help!

Hey,

so my partners phone is currently stuck on this screen, and we've tried a reboot about 10 times now. (Holding power and volume down, and then pressing reboot on the menu) And still not changing.

The next step will be to press and hold power & volume down to reboot > once it reboot > release the keys > now press and hold power down to boot in safe mode. 

if that down't work then you will have to repair it with Xperia Companion, keep in mind that this will delete everything on the phone.
