I'm sorry to hear this.

Do I understand you correct when what I say that both your ear and loudspeaker are not working correctly? I recommend that you test your speakers in the built in diagnostics tool. You can do so if you go to: Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test device > Loudspeaker / Ear speaker.

I would also recommend that you reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behaviour is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.

I dont have the diagnostic option in my Phone

That's odd it should be there. Have you tried to reboot your device to safe mode? Any difference with your earphones there? Also have you tried with more then one pair of earphones?
