Can't flash my sola

Please, help me, I can not boot my sola! I tried it so many times but it isn't boot it at all. Yesterday I update my software and it works, now I am trying to do something else but it don't boot.

the battery is at 100%! i tried at 3 different ports already...

yesterday when i update my sola i do it from a different computer, could this be the reason
