Device restarts when I turn the screen off

My phone is working good when I use it. But when I turn off scree its coming restart outomaticly after 10-20 second. And turned on after restart....... 

That's happening when I don't use it. 

But when I use phone calling or any app it's working good. 

So I ask what's wrong. What can I do?

Hi @Ahmedyounes, sorry to hear about this.

Do I understand correctly that the phone restarts by itself only when the screen is turned off and not when you are using the phone, for example when making phone calls and using applications?

If that is the case, I would recommend that you restart your phone in safe mode and see if you experience the same behaviour when third party applications aren't loaded.

 I restart it in safe mode. But the problem is still happening.

Thanks for the update and I'm sorry to hear you still experience the same behaviour in safe mode.

In this case I would recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. The software repair will delete all data stored on the internal storage of your phone and reinstall the latest available software again, so we can rule out that this is not caused by the software in your phone.

It is advised to create a backup using Xperia Companion before you start with the repair procedure since data is being removed.

If you still experience this behaviour when you turn the screen off, you will need to get in touch with your Local support so they can arrange a repair for you.
