does not detect my phone on my pc

I download pc companion to my pc ( run on window xp ) .My phone detect as removable storage on pc screen. but not detect in sony companion. I reinstalled PC companion but the same result. When i connect phone on Window 7 operating system PC, its detects. Please help me to solve. I have Sony xperia SP.

That is odd as the error you are getting is indicating that you are not logged in as the administrator; do you have more than one login for the PC?

I have 2 lock In but both are with administration rights. I managed with Nokia PC suit and Samsung Kies but the Sony PC companion does not comply. Main problem seems to be the driver. I tried installing and reinstalling the software a few times. Also tried to crack it with checking windows combability and ran it under XP. There it first time showed USB connection during PC startup, on the Xperia but once I got PC Companion started it would not detect the phone. I unplugged the Xperia in step 2 of the PC Companion Connection Process and back to square one...

I have the same problem on windows 7 64-bit, just connect it to another computer with another version of windows(XP works)
