English: I locked my phone because I forgot my unlock pattern, now it says that I can unlock it with the secure question but I've forgotten it too. There is another way to unlock my phone that is giving my google account details, but i put it and it doesnt works. What can i do? Please help me.

Español: Bloquee mi celular por que olvide mi patron de desbloqueo, ahora dice que puedo desbloquearlo con la preguta de seguridad pero la olvide tambien. Hay otra forma de desbloquear mi telefono que es dando los detalles de mi cuenta de google, pero los puse y no funciona. Que puedo hacer? Por favor ayudenme.
