Solved! Go to Solution.
I hope so. If not then also I dont like a live wallpaper, so i guess I am lucky...
Hellow Broz !
Finally i closed an app by settings>>application>>running services>> LiveWare Manager >>Forced stopped
Then i put the headset on 3.5mm jack and started music... i called myself from another phone........ clear conversation on both sides. also removed headset during call... No sound issue.. same clear conversation on cell phone speaker.. Myth Busted !!!!!!!!!!!!
No need of any live wall screen removals...
hey,
Yesterday also i faced the problem again even after disabling live wallpaper.
I guess i should try out your solution also.
Thanks Man!!
ya the live wallpaper is an issue as is Liveware Manager, you can never stop liveware manager. Force Close it and then wait for sometime, Liveware manager will be back as running application. So enter liveware manager and remove all the ticks for the three accessories. This will help a bit, but also remove the live wallpaper to be safe.
Liveware Manager didnt show again whole day until i restart my cellphone.
My problem is: I have no running LiveWire app running on my Xperia T (I know it is not Xperia U ) but I have the same problem. After hang up a call music player not start again and also if I receive a call during navigation, I did not get back the navigation after finish the call.
This is stange, it was working on my Xperia X10 Mini Pro phone.
This is much bigger and better and it is not working
Hi Visityu,
Firstly let me tell you that the solution i am suing is not permanent, even today i am facing this issue.
I am able to reduce the impact of this problem by reducing the recovery time.
i have done the following.
1) Disabled all the stock Live wall papers.
2) Disabled LiveWare Manager.
3) Uninstalled SmartConnect.
4) The moment i see there is a problem with the mic i restart the phone and run *#*#7378423#*#* to test the mic. Usually it takes around a min. Next i go to the running apps and disable all the unnecessary running apps.
5) Installed an app Function Tester from Google Play. Use this for the same purpose as the service menu.
All i can say is that disable anything remotely looking related to live wall papers.
Though i should say im my case that the music picks up after the call is ended.
I cant say anything bout navigation as 'm not using the same.
Hope i was able to answer for atleast a single problem.:smileywink:
Hi AnDY,
Thanks for your answer.
I have the following comments for your answer:
1., I have no any running live wallpaper in the background, I did not use
any of those.
2., I did not found running LiveWire on my phone, I did not found it as a running
application as well
3., Smart connect is disabled and it is a standard application. How could I
uninstall it. My phone is new and it is not rooted. On the Xperia T I
cannot uninstall it like other apps from the Google Play.
5., According to this tester everything looks working fine.
After these checks I tried again my music player and it did not start again
after a phone call
I have no idea what could be the problem, and how to solve it.
The smart connect is still on the phone, but it is not running
Thanks

Hey Visityu,
Even if u dont use it ll still be active.
You need to disable the app by going to the "ALL" tab in Settings=>Applications=>All
I am attaching the screen shots for the same.
And further if you open the app you can force stop the application as shown in the next screen shot.
This is the beauty of ICS, in GB this option was not available.
any stock application can be forced stopped or disabled thereby avoiding the hassle.
Again i can not provide any solution to the music player issue as the issue i 'd resolved was for microphone volume.
Keep looking into the forum you will find the solution here.
