T2 ultra screenshot?

I have a Xperia T 2 and before it an Xperia E4, that when pressing the side button had the option to save screen; I loved this function in the device, in that I can not find this function ...!
Does this device have?
Can someone help me find it?

Long pres the power button > you will get the option

or

press and hold power & volume down at the same time (for about a second)
