xperia s freezing black screen

hello everyone,

I own a xperia s L26i handset.

I bought it in october 2012.

from last month, my phone gets hanged up or freezes and only a black screen appears. the back key, home key, nothing works.

sometimes the power onoff button works, and if i try to shut my phone down it gets stuck doing that even.

I finally have to do hard reset of the phone by pressing the volume up key and power on/off button together.

this happens 2-3 times daily..

What is the problem with my phone. please somebody help me.. I just love my phone and cannot live without it..:smileysad:

Its been 3 days since I have stopped the feature of autokill in my phone. and ther have been no black screen freezing of my phone. it is workng absolutely fine.

just have to wait and watch that automatically opening of apps probelm will occur or not.
