Xperia SP vibrates 3 times

hey.
My xperia phone just got turned off by itself, so when i triet to turn it on again it just vibrated 3 times. and does not goes on.
I've read by the xperia z forum the things you could to with the power on button and the volume buttons, but that doesn't work either.
could anyone help? my phone isnt even 3 months old..

But are you connecting with volume down when you are prompted?The phone needs to be turned off and needs at least 50% battery.

Same thing here it look off but is not...

Open back cover and force shut down with the tiny hole at the rear bottom

insert the tip of a pen for few seconds.

And now re-open with the main power button.

Everybody is saying to press that off button on back panel, but the thing is-that button makes that problem. It is broken and your mobile thinks that it is pressed.
I fixed this problem myself by taking a pen and gently pushing that button as fast as i can.
Looks like i am the only one who has fixed this problem.
hope it works. If not, take your phone to Sony.

i got the same problem with you,

when the phone goes to sleep mode and i push the power button, it just vibrate 3 times

i try to charge it and it just vibrate over and over without turning the LED light

and i send my xperia sp to the sony service center, they replace the battery and also update the firmware to the latest version 205

the problem still came out, can you help me to fix this problem

its happening to me too im glad i fund this site but i havent tried doing anything that others say ,,

I chilled my sp in a dry place for 48 hrs UPWARDS but it didnt help !! ,,

I also took out my sim and micro sd because i used it for along time like 2hrs and my fingers started sweating

Thank you very much!!! Pushing fast that button made the phone turn on. Also I noticed that button's cover was a little bit misplaced and that was the reason for the phone to think the button is always pushed.

thanks a lot dude, pressing off button gently really fixed my problem, it suddenly shutdown before, connect to usb, wall charger, and i try to power on just vibrate 3 times and no red led shown up , somehow my phone think that button is pressed. thanks again
