Xperia T3 charging problem (to reach 100% battery need 10 hours)

Hello my name is Ismet.
I have my xperia T3 for like 16 months, and 2-3 days ago i got this issue, 
i need to charge my phone entire night (10-11h) to get 100% battery.. 

discharging is normal with 100% i can use it one day, like before this issue.. 

i tryed with several charging adapters or USB cabels, every time same problem. 

if someone can help pls let me know what to.

are you using a wall charger or computer or car charger? 

how long does it take while the phone is:

1. Off

2. in safe mode

only wall charger,

didnt try this. so next time when i discharge phone i will charge them when is OFF 

and post results here.

i tried to charge phone when is turned OFF 
and charging speed is same.. 
for almost 3 hours i got from 0 to 26%

Time to contact your Local support to get it inspected.

I bouht one more charger today 
its cheap one from Chinese store for 2,99 
and he charge my phone normally.. 

i cant belive..
