Today out of the blue my Bravia kd49x8305c decided to start reading out every menu on the Netflix app.
I have no idea how this started or how to turn it off.
I've hunted for hours trying to find a solution but I'm stuck, Does anyone know what to do to turn it off?

Is it only in the Netflix app? As it sounds like some type of text-to-speech accessibility configuration. I have had a look in my Netflix app, and cannot find any where to enable/disable this.
A general text-to-speech can be enabled in the Android Settings. Settings > Accessibility > Services > Talkback > ON/OFF - but I have just tested this inside of Netflix and this setting doesnt seem to effect the Netflix app however.
Unsure what is going on, as another person complained about Audio Desciption suddenly being enabled, see:

Yes its just the netflix app, And its only menu options that are voiced, there's no subtitles or voice over on anything I watch.

Did you look at the Talkback options to ensure it was OFF?
Settings > Accessibility > Services > Talkback > Turn it Off.
As this is what Netflix suggested in a live chat session.
