Dolby TrueHD on KDL-40EX43B

Can anyone tell me if Dolby TrueHD audio is supposed to output as Dolby Digital 5.1 via the optical output?  I thought it should, as wih DTS HD, but it appears to be downmixed to 2-channel PCM.  Have I maybe missed a setting to change this, or can I assume (or hope) there will be a firmware update along to make this happen?

Hmm.  I've now found a Blu-ray disc with Dolby TrueHD which does output as Dolby Digital 5.1 on my AV receiver.  Both discs say "Dolby TrueHD English 5.1" on the packaging.  Not sure what's going on here, so I'll have to do some more digging, unless anyone can account for the difference between the Beowulf and Event Horizon discs...?

No, matte. It can not carry Dolby TrueHD. See info link

No Dolby Thrue HD  over optical cable. Advice HDMI 1.3 or 1.4
