Help! Sony Bravia KDL32WE613BU

I’ve brought a new TV at the weekend;

Sony Bravia KDL32WE613BU

i would like to start recording on it so I’ve purchased a HDD USB from the internet;

Dynamode 2.5

it won’t connect the the TV. I’ve been in to settings and tried to connect it up but all it’s saying is not recognised. The USB drive itself is lit up green and just making a funny clicking noise. 

Anyone got any suggestions on what I need to do? Or if this USB one that I’ve brought isn’t going to be compatible - then which do I need to buy?

Hi Kerry,

I've checked the manual and found that the HDD needs to be formatted in one of the following formats: FAT16, FAT32 and NTFS.
