How do I record digital programs from KDL-40W5810?

I used to connect my DVD Recorder to my set-top box to record digital programmes. Now I have the KDL-40W5810 TV which includes an internal STB, how do I connect the DVD-R?

Your model of Bravia has integrated different tuners dvb-t, dvb-c and dvb-s and I do not see problem to record from Your set top box. If I have understud by set top box You receive digital programs. Connect set top box to recorder with RF cable to TV. I think You could use scart connection between, if needed.

Follow connection advice information from instruction manual of Your recorder.

Don`t let You confuse becouse of inbulted tuners.
