I am not able to play movies or photos in my KDL-40EX403 . Can you please help me in trouble shoot

Hi ,

I brought a sony bravia KDL-40EX403. When connect a usb device to the tv. It is able to recogonize the device, but not able to play the photos or the music or any videos. If any one facing the similar problem can you please post the solution.

Find compatible formats for usb. Try other usb too. Format FAT32 is what Sony like.
