l am having problems with connecting to the internet and interactive services -it keeps saying internet not connected and when I check connection everything is sorted
any ideas would be appreciated I have tried a reset

Hi @Chappy28 Would you please let us know the full model number of your TV (it will start with KD). The connection method and the ISP may help. For example if your ISP is BT then it is recommended that Smart Setup is disabled on the Hub.
