Hello fellow Sony users,
I have an issue on my Sony Bravia kd55xf7096 with .mkv files that have subtitles merged within. On my computer with any video player the fonts work as they should, white fonts with black drop shadow so they would be readable but on my TV (same file opened via USB) I get only white fonts without shadows so when the image is white I can't read the subtitles.
That though doesn't happen when I have a video with separate .srt file. In that case it works fine.
Any solutions please?
