Hi,
I have a KDL-32EX713 which upgraded software automatically via the internet to version 0492 yesterday. Since then I have had terrible reception problems.
I receive my signal from Crystal Palace and until this update have had no issues at all.
Now for instance on BBC1 I see the Signal strenght shows as 99 but thw quality is varying between 0 and 100
Naturally this is causing picture & sound problems.
Has anyone else experienced problems after this update?
