More than One Year warranty for SONY BRAVIA KD75XG8096BU

Hi I am planning to buy  SONY BRAVIA KD75XG8096BU TV  via Sony direclty (Not curries /Costco )

Sony only providing   One Year warranty  . Is one year enough warranty for us ?

Is there any way that we can buy additional 3-4 years warranty for extra charge ?

Any inputs please ?

I don't know where you are looking but the Sony Centre website clearly shows that this set is available with £500 off and Sony 5 Year Guarantee included.
