Problem with YPbPr (xbox) Sony Bravia

Hi Everyone!

I've just got an bravia tv from my uncle. It's a Sony Bravia KDL-26U3000 and i'm trying to connect my xbox to it.

My xbox was working fine on my old TV 15 minutes ago before I swapped them so I dont think it's the leads or anything to do with the xbox.

The connection is the YPbPr input so i've plugged them into the correct ports. I get sound from AVI 3 but no picture?

I've tried all the other sources and nothing works so i've ran out of idea's of what to do..

Hi I am not sure what setting you had on your previous TV, the U3000 supports;

1080i, 720p, 576p, 576i, 480p & 480i, depending which Xbox you have you could try a VGA reset, just connect one of the component leads to the yellow analogue input 6 on the side of the set and see if there is an image that way.
