Remote unreliable

Bravia TV KDL-32W4000

The remote (RM-EDO11) only works intermitently. I have put in new batteries and cleaned the battery contacts. The TV works fine using the buttons on top of the set.

What else can I check?

If all else fails please recommend a replacement remote

Hi @gardner.crawley   A simple google search for Sony RM-EDO11 should yield plenty of results. Replacement remotes are extremely cheap £5-£10 or even genuine used RM-EDO11 remotes are less than £15.
