As shown in the images below, the Intel HD Graphics 4000 graphics settings offer customization of overscan ONLY in 720p, not in 1080p/1080i. 720p is the native display mode of the screen and works flawlessly of course and does not need the resize option while the non-native 1080p mode deactivates it when selected. So counter intuitive.
May I ask why that is.
The TV is connected via HDMI cable to a PC with CPU integrated graphics and is running the latest drivers from intel published in 2018 and windows 10 Home x64.
