Stuck disc in built-in bluray player Bravia TV

Had a KDL-32EX43B with builtin bluray since Dec2010 and played discs without problems. Just loaded a disc and screen says it can't be played.Now disc won't eject and it just clicks rapidly when the eject button is pressed. Same disc type as used previously, not damage etc and definately a BR disc. Tried switching unit of & on but still the same. Anyone have any ideas as to a remedy??

I'd call the call centre. They may suggest poping down to your local service centre who should be able to resolve it for you. Its still under warranty so should be pretty painless.
